Train to Validate MyRide Wallet Passes
The MyRide Wallet is a platform that is aimed to streamline fare payment and collection for commuters in Southeast Michigan.
50+ riders will download, sign up, and login to the MyRide Wallet app to access and purchase available passes..
As an operator, please VALIDATE purchased passes on the MyRide Wallet app that riders will present to you.
Ensure that the rider is showing you the pass from the official MyRide Wallet App on their cell phone.
MyRide Wallet passes will feature animation of the DDOT logo to prevent fraudulent use of screenshots. Confirm that the pass that the rider is showing you, the DDOT logo is pulsating..
The MyRide Wallet app screen will clearly indicate in Red when the pass will expire. Ensure that the countdown timer is active.

🟢 Green - Full Fare
🟡 Yellow - Reduced Fare
